The air cargo building is a pre-engineered metal structure, approximately 48,000 square feet, with provisions for expansion to the south. An exterior canopy is incorporated on the landside face of the building to provide weather protection for exterior operations. The high-bay component of the building has an interior clear height of 24 feet, and the low-bay component of the building has a minimum interior clear height of 14 feet. The lower height accommodates sightline requirements from the control tower to the end of the taxiway. The end user was FedEx for delivery and shipments going in and out of Dwight D. Eisenhower Airport.
