President
Aaron Snodgrass is the son of David and grew up in the construction industry gaining knowledge through working in the field. In 2012, he transitioned into the role of Project Manager. His experience through Federal, State, Municipal, and Private Sector projects has taught him how to bring teams together for a successful project. Additionally, Aaron has experience in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings and Standing Seam Metal Roofs. Aaron was promoted to Vice President in 2018 and later President in 2021. Aaron and his wife Stephanie have four kids together.
Vice President
Mark Schmidt holds a 13+ year history in the construction industry, providing services in the commercial and institutional areas. His story began as a Project Manager/Estimator and Project Engineer with our company over ten years ago. He is specialized in government projects including concrete structures, commercial facilities, and underground utilities. A graduate from Pittsburg State University, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology Construction Management preceded by an Applied Science Building Trades Technology degree with Hutchinson Community College.
Chief Financial Officer
Jake Boxberger is a graduate from Fort Hays State University. He joined the Snodgrass & Son’s Construction team in October of 2018. His prior work experience includes tax software programming and public accounting.
Office Manager
Michelle Shelton joined the Snodgrass & Sons Construction team in July of 2019. Her prior work experience includes over 20 years of accounting.
Estimator / Project Manager
Cory Borel graduated from Colorado State University in 2013 with a B.S. in Construction Management. Cory’s career since has been in professional Cost Estimating in a variety of construction fields. Cory began working with Snodgrass Construction in October 2019.
Project Manager
Holden Burk joined Snodgrass & Sons Construction in 2009 as a carpenter. He spent 12 years in the field gaining experience on how to work on and lead Federal, State, and Municipal projects. Holden has experience in many facets of construction, but has specialized in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings and Standing Seam Metal Roofs. In 2020 he transitioned into the role of Project Engineer and was later promoted to Project Manager in 2021.
Project Manager/Marketing Director
Melissa Ly joined Snodgrass & Sons Construction in 2021. As a Project Manager, Melissa has experience working with the City of Wichita, Wichita State University, and McConnell AFB to name a few. Recently involved projects include the NoMar International Market Shade Structure, WSU Shocker Hall reception desk remodel, and new standing seam metal roofs for McConnell. She has 16 years of real estate advertising and marketing experience and 23 years of customer service. Along with her extensive background of brand and asset management, photography and print production, she has a degree in Advertising and an AMM designation.
Project Manager
Dennis Zorn joined Snodgrass & Sons Construction Co. in November 2023. He has 42 years of construction experience starting with the United States Air Force, for over 20 years learning both practical and managerial skills. He is specialized in government projects and was a Quality Assurance Inspector for the Army Corps of Engineers, Superintendent, and has worked both overseas and in the United States. He is an active member of his church, and is a transplant to Kansas from North Dakota. He is married with three adult children and three grandchildren. In his spare time he enjoys gardening, drawing, and working on small projects for others.
