
President
David Snodgrass is the son of James Snodgrass and father of Aaron. David has been a Snodgrass Construction employee since 1982. He was promoted to an Estimator and Vice President in 1988 and then President in 2001.

Vice President
Aaron Snodgrass is the son of David. Aaron has been involved with Snodgrass Construction for over 15 years. Aaron grew up in the industry and gained knowledge through working in the field. In 2012 he transitioned into the office to become a project manager. His experience through Federal, State, and City has taught him how to bring teams together for a successful project. Additionally, Aaron has experience in pre-engineered metal buildings and standing seam roofs. Aaron was promoted to Vice President in 2018. Aaron and his wife Stephanie have four kids together.

Project Manager
Perry is a graduate of Kansas State University and has been working in the construction industry for over 33 years. Most of those years have been as a project manager. Perry’s experience has dealt with the Federal, State, City, and Private Sector projects. This experience has led to a vast array of commercial and industrial building types including government and military base facilities, utility construction, and various types of concrete projects.

Estimator / Project Manager
Clyde Flaming is a graduate of Pittsburg State University. He has been with Snodgrass & Sons Construction since June of 1998. Prior work experience has been being superintendent on large projects, which include – buildings, bridges, treatment plants, steel mills, power plants and large pipelines. The last 35 years have been primarily in an Estimating / Project Manager position – bidding those types of projects whether it be negotiated, design build, or lump sum.

Controller
Jake Boxberger is a graduate from Fort Hays State University. He joined the Snodgrass & Son’s Construction team in October of 2018. His prior work experience includes tax software programming and public accounting.

Office Manager
Michelle Shelton joined the Snodgrass & Sons Construction team in July of 2019. Her prior work experience includes over 20 years of accounting.

Estimator / Project Manager
Cory Borel graduated from Colorado State University in 2013 with a B.S. in Construction Management. Cory’s career since has been in professional Cost Estimating in a variety of construction fields. Cory began working with Snodgrass Construction in October 2019.

Project Engineer
Holden Burk joined Snodgrass Construction in 2009 as a carpenter. He spent the last 12 years in the field gaining experience on how to work on and lead Federal, State, and City projects. Holden has experience in many facets of construction, but has specialized in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings and Standing Seam Roofing Systems. In 2020 Holden moved into a new role with the company as a Project Engineer.
