
President
Aaron Snodgrass is the son of David and grew up in the construction industry gaining knowledge through working in the field. In 2012, he transitioned into the role of Project Manager. His experience through Federal, State, Municipal, and Private Sector projects has taught him how to bring teams together for a successful project. Additionally, Aaron has experience in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings and Standing Seam Metal Roofs. Aaron was promoted to Vice President in 2018 and later President in 2021. Aaron and his wife Stephanie have four kids together.

Chairman of the Board
David Snodgrass is the son of James Snodgrass and father of Aaron. David began his career as a Snodgrass Construction employee in 1982 as an Estimator. In 1988, he was promoted to Vice President and later President in 2001. His vast array of experience has lead to many different Commercial, Civil, and Industrial projects throughout the years. David is still actively involved in the ongoing success of the company.

Chief Financial Officer
Jake Boxberger is a graduate from Fort Hays State University. He joined the Snodgrass & Son’s Construction team in October of 2018. His prior work experience includes tax software programming and public accounting.

Office Manager
Michelle Shelton joined the Snodgrass & Sons Construction team in July of 2019. Her prior work experience includes over 20 years of accounting.

Estimator / Project Manager
Cory Borel graduated from Colorado State University in 2013 with a B.S. in Construction Management. Cory’s career since has been in professional Cost Estimating in a variety of construction fields. Cory began working with Snodgrass Construction in October 2019.

Project Manager
Holden Burk joined Snodgrass & Sons Construction in 2009 as a carpenter. He spent 12 years in the field gaining experience on how to work on and lead Federal, State, and Municipal projects. Holden has experience in many facets of construction, but has specialized in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings and Standing Seam Metal Roofs. In 2020 he transitioned into the role of Project Engineer and was later promoted to Project Manager in 2021.
