The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty building project includes 8,850 Sq. Ft. of remodeled office space.
From the two-story entrance, the reception area is transformed with a full glass storefront, new reception desk with granite top and seating area, new LED lighting strips, and recessed lights. The large conference/training room features a custom operable glass partition wall with a ceiling track for a seamless transition to accommodate room separation as desired.
A new multifunction open workspace is found in the new café & lounge. The fully remodeled kitchen has new flooring, cabinetry and countertops with a large island and stainless appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a floating countertop with pendant lighting and data access. The lounge has custom built-in bench seating and tabletop to function as a convenient break room. The offices and rooms are opened up and refreshed and the updated restrooms feature stainless partition walls.
The overall scope includes new ceiling installation, ceramic, luxury vinyl tile and carpet flooring, millwork, doors, painting, wall relocations, AC mini split system, plumbing, and electrical rework with electronic access control system.
A unique challenge to the project was the steel beam configuration to support the operable glass wall partition.
This remodel offers a cohesive space with luxury modern finishes to allow for multiple tenants, including Security 1st Title.
