The Keller Williams Signature Partners, LLC office building remodel project includes over 20,000 Sq. Ft. of finished space. The office is located in the Executive at White Tail, East of K-96 HWY on 13th St. N. in Wichita, KS.

Main Floor

The front lobby has an inviting full glass storefront with metal framing that ties into the classy, modern finishes shown throughout. Snodgrass & Sons added new paint including the wall finishes and door frames, as well as installing the LVT flooring and custom millwork. The reception desk has a cut-in ADA counter. Down the hallway, is a new Tech Room that was designed for a functional workspace to include workstations, large island with built-in storage, kitchenette and an adjacent mailroom; all with granite countertops and new carpeting. The main floor restrooms feature new stainless partitions, and ceramic tile on the flooring and wall.

Structural Redesign

Interior structural redesign changes include adding a pass thru in the work station, an interior lite in a conference room, ceiling transition, walls extended and added, column relocated and a pocket door between offices.

Lower Level

The lower level has a shared space with large training room that opens to a new full kitchen with a glass operable wall. The operable wall offers versatility with large full glass panels that collapse to hide behind the wall, or open fully to divide the kitchen from the training room. The kitchen has stainless ADA appliances and double sink. The island provides additional storage space and seating. The sealed concrete flooring in the training room provides an industrial look.

A convenient second full kitchen features full stainless appliances and an open gathering space near the offices. The shared space is complete with additional glass conference area and workroom. Security 1st office has it’s own reception room with new LVT flooring, kitchenette/break room with patio access, multiple offices and copy room.

Snodgrass & Sons Construction worked with Keller Williams Signature Partners and Security 1st Title to provide a design during construction that was modern and functional and met the owners deadline of completion.

Keller Williams Signature Partners celebrated their grand opening with a public ribbon cutting ceremony on December 15th, 2022.
