Snodgrass & Sons Construction Co., Inc. partnered with Dinning Beard Investment Group LLC, a local architect, and engineer to produce this design-build facility. This 21,000 square foot office building was the first built in an executive business park. We further provided site development including platting for the entire business park, main road entrance with signage, parking and exterior lighting. The steel framed building was faced with brick and precast stone.
