This project consisted of a 80 sqft. by 110 sqft. Nucor Building Systems pre-engineered metal building to be used as a training facility for the local iron workers union. This single-story structure included earthwork for new utilities, concrete footings, cast-in-place concrete, slab and sidewalk, a safe-room with a concrete lid, standing seam metal roof panels, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical. New landscaping and a parking lot finished off the exterior.
