The Trinity Business Center building is the new commercial building development in the large quarter section tract near 21st St. N. & 127th St. E., on the north end of the track and football stadium. It is comprised of approximately 20,000 total Sq. Ft., with 10,000 Sq. Ft. above ground finished area and 10,000 Sq. Ft. below ground.
The Main floor of the Trinity Business Center has it’s first tenant as Omnicut Motivational Fitness. The lower level opens to the school’s stadium and track, and has plans to eventually house Trinity’s locker rooms.
The project is unique in that it is a metal building placed on a basement and there are 42 columns, which is a large number of columns to detail the roof. From the ground up, Snodgrass & Sons constructed the 12 Ft. basement walls, sidewalls and driveway. Roberts Concrete assisted with the flatwork and interior. The first floor of the concrete beams and tying all of the steel together presented a challenge, as well as the roof steel, and all anchor bolts needed to be just right. Air Capitol Steel Erection set all of the structural steel and roof to make it water tight. Hopper’s Glass furnished all of the glass and A&H Electric installed the electrical components. The interior finishes of the building includes: an open gym, office, classrooms, two bathrooms and storage.
